Liz Johnson - Manager

Liz established Busy Lizzie's Ltd in 2005. She is an Early Years Teacher (EYT), having gained her BA Education and Training Studies followed by her MA in Learning and Teaching at University of Portsmouth.

Freya Johnson - Play Specialist & Inclusion Coordinator

Freya has been working at Busy Lizzie's since 2012, has achieved The Children and Young People's Workforce Early Learning & Child Care Level 3 and is currently studying a Level 4 qualification. In addition to her role as Play Specialist she supports the Management Team with the role of Inclusion Coordinator.

 

Zoe Robinson - Play Specialist

Zoe started at Busy Lizzie's in November 2015 and has recently achieved her Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.

 

Nicola Keenoy - Play Specialist

Nicola started at Busy Lizzie's in September 2017 and has begun her Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. 

 Claire Kenyon - Deputy Manager (On Maternity Leave)

Claire has worked at Busy Lizzie's since 2005. She has a FdA Early Years and Education. She also achieved a PgCert in Therapeutic Play Skills  followed by a PgDip in Play Therapy.

Hannah Johnson- Acting Deputy Manager & Under Two's Coordinator

Hannah has been working at Busy Lizzie's since 2011 and has achieved The Children and Young People's Workforce Early Learning & Child Care Level 3 and is currently studying a Level 4 qualification. She is Acting Deputy Manager covering Claire's maternity leave and is also in charge of our Under 2's.

Emily White- Play Specialist and Training Coordinator & Staff Mentor

Emily started as a Bank Play Specialist in Jan 2015 and has recently achieved her Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. In addition to her role as Play Specialist she coordinates training of the Staff Team as well as acting as a Mentor to less experienced staff.

We have varying members of staff that support us on a casual basis all of whom are DBS checked, attend Staff Meetings/ In-House training and are encouraged to attend short courses to further their understanding and knowledge of the EYFS
